Before you start

Find a quiet room — no music, no TV, no traffic. Closets full of clothes are secretly perfect.

No AirPods or headsets — hold your phone like you're on speakerphone, about a hand's length from your mouth.
Talk like you're leaving a voice note for your best friend. Natural beats perfect — small stumbles are totally fine, just keep going.
Each chapter saves as soon as you finish it, so you can take breaks whenever.
